Stencils for SMD with non-stick properties

We have incorporated Pantur Nanocoating as our own product to respond to market demands. This product has been evolving and improving since 2010 to now.

Nanocoating-Pantur is a coating that, when applied to SMD Stencils, achieves spectacular improvements in their performance in production. These improvements are the result of applying the coating on the Circuit Side and the Interior of the openings. Application to the Circuit Side allows cleaning cycles to be substantially reduced. Inside the openings it is possible to improve the definition in the deposition, achieve a high repeatability of solder paste transfer and to work comfortably with very demanding area ratios.
