Stencils for SMD with non-adhesive properties

We have incorporated Pantur Nanocoating as our own product in response to market demand. This product has been evolving and improving from 2010 to date.

Pantur Nanocoating is a coating of less than 2 μm that, when applied to Stencils for SMD, achieves a spectacular improvement in their performance in production. The coating is applied on the Circuit Face, and on the inside of the openings.

Application to the Circuit Side substantially reduces cleaning cycles because it does not allow solder paste residue to stick to the Stencil. With the application inside the openings, improved definition in the deposition can be achieved, along with great repeatability of the transfer of solder paste and the ability to work comfortably with very demanding area ratios.
