Alpha TensoRED Frames self-tensioning frame
The TensoRED Frame solution consists of a mechanical frame and a charging station. The self-tensioning stencils for this system are the most robust and rigid on the market. For more information “Link” to TetraBond.
TensoRED frames have been designed to avoid the multiple repairs that pneumatic frames may require, and to avoid the requirement for them to be close to a compressed air source.
With the TensoRED frames you can use your own Stencils, TetraBondTM, or the self-tensioning VectorGuard™

Alpha Tetra Frames self-tensioning frame
The Alpha Tetra Frame solution consists of a pneumatic frame and a charging station. The self-tensioning stencils for this system have four perforated sides, promoting uniformity of the tension.
One of the key advantages is that the frame generates tension thanks to springs, and relaxes when connected to the compressed air circuit.
Your own SMD Stencils can be used with Alpha Tetra Frames, as well as TetraBond™ self-tensioning and VectorGuard™

The Quattro-Flex 3 Frames solution consists of a pneumatic frame and the possibility of a charging station. This is the most robust and reliable solution on the market, within the Stencils for self-tensioning frames without pre-frame (see TetraBond Stencil) and requires compressed air supply during use.

Vectorguard self-tensioning frame
The DEK Vectorguard solution consists of a pneumatic frame without the need for a charging station. There is a standard version in blue and a High Voltage version in silver. Vectorguard and Tetrabond self-tensioning stencils can be used with this frame.

ZelFlex Frames self-tensioning frame
The ZelFlex Frame solution consists of a pneumatic frame without the need for a charging station.
Pneumatic frame with 4 anchoring zones. The mechanism that tightens the screen is activated with the application of air. It works autonomously without the need to be connected to compressed air. By manually activating the air intake valve, the air is released and the stencil is de-tensioned. The PROTECT version is protected by a plastic frame that offers greater robustness.

Storage cabinets for SMD Stencils
Pantur offers storage solutions to safely protect SMD Stencils. These are available in different sizes and can be adapted to different types of Stencils.

Manual equipment for deposition of SMD paste on prototype circuits. The system uses a laser cut SMD prototype sheet and offers a suitable tension and flatness for good deposition of the solder paste.
