Rigid Frame Stencils

Rigid frame stencils are characterised by their great durability, as they are attached to an aluminium frame with an adhesive. They are recommended for Stencils with a thickness of under 100 microns and with a high density of fine-pitch components, as they are more robust than Self-tensioning Stencils.

 

The fabric used in the rigid frame stencils is highly durable and resistant, being able to withstand tensions of up to 55 N/cm2 without memory loss. All our rigid frame stencils are manufactured with an optimal tension of 45 N/cm2, giving
excellent results in the deposition process for which the SMD Stencil is used.

 

The adhesive used for sticking the fabric and the sheet has a high mechanical resistance and is compatible with commercial chemical products used for cleaning the SMD Stencils.
