Reinvented prototype and manufacture

The HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200 3D printer reinvents the way in which prototypes are made, producing high quality functional parts. Up to ten times faster and half as expensive.

This technology is based on the fusion of polyamide powder, which takes place thanks to some agents, without using a laser. The dust particles selectively merge together with a process that improves the resolution, whilst the heat is distributed constantly and evenly across the entire surface.

This printer uses a fine grain PA 12 material, making ultrafine layers of 80 microns a possibility.

This results in parts of high density and low porosity.
