This stainless steel offers significant advantages for applying SMD paste. It has a very fine grain of less than 3 microns, compared to grains of under 30 microns for standard stainless steels and 10 microns for electroformed nickel. It offers better results than electroformed stencils at a lower cost, and with much quicker production times. Recommended for Micro BGAs, Ultra Fine Pitch and small 0201-type components.

100, 120, 130, 150, 180, 200, 250 and 300 microns.

Precision cutting

+/- 5 microns.
